I chose the following two films to demonstrate the commonality of the story that each tells. As a story teller, I felt it was important to say that there is more than one way to relay the underlying theme, while not losing the feeling of the main character’s disturbing qualities.

Youtuber, Sam Starr, invites one of his many fangirls to come to his home. Kayla, a young girl who loves youtube, wins Sam's contest and arrives at his house, unexpected of what is to come. Sam Starr is not who she thinks he is.

A red-headed boy stalks a young, popular girl at school. Soon enough she is kidnapped and taken into his "red room", where she has her final meal.
